Help Reagarding URL & LINK tabs in BLOGGER
hey everyone , i just thought to tell u guys whoever is facing problem with the links and urls in blogger interface as to what i do with links and urls in blogger interface..... so here is what i do a short and simplified version , hope i cud explain it .
1.in google type "create ur free blog" , search. the search results will show one site which has the same name "bloggers create ur free blog" click it . Bloggers page will open after u sign in with ur gmail.
2.While posting a new article or post click the right side "pen" shaped button which says new post.
3 U'll b directed to an empty word page where u can write ur heart out and also upload pictures from ur computer , i guess u knw all these already.
4.Above where u're writing , u can see the bar which says post title , there u can mention the name to the post. Click "Publish" directly after u're done.
5. u'll be directed to the page where in the background u'll see the whole list of articles that has been written by u and a dialogue box will appear asking u to share this on g+ , u can share if u want to, or hit Cancel if u dnt want to.
6.U'll still be on the articles list page after step 5. Now u hover(just hover , dnt click) over the title of the article with ur cursor which u wanna view, u'll see 4 optns EDIT, VIEW, SHARE DELETE. Click view button. U'll b directed to the page where u're article is . On the top of the page where url stays select the full thing like e.g "http://beautifyurselfwithknowledge.blogspot.in/2012/08/how-to-thin-and-make-mascara-clump-free.html"
u may nt see the word "http://" but when u select the whole thing , it comes automatically.
7. So that is the url . If on any site or anything u wanna paste this url , like eg u want to say "CLICK" OR "READ MORE" or " Flower" or "Music" anything and u want people to hit these words and see ur page , then firstly select the words and somewhere on that site u'll see there is a button called "link" Hit the LINK BUTTON on that specific site (on whichever site u are at that time and wanna paste ur article with link directed towrds ur blog . eg beauty.com (lol this is arbitary site name ,donno whether it exsists or not ) there in the box where u are to paste this link u MAY see "http://" appearing already (generally this appears, may nt even appear) , delete that and paste ur previously copied url from ur blog , otherwise there will b two http:// 's and ur link won't work. And thats it ,people on that site will be able to visit ur blog.
8.u can even add links of url to ur own blog posts , i.e when ur typing ur article on in your blog , there are diff buttons u'll b able to see like ABC , Color buttons , image button , Link button. Similary here also , type a word which u want people to hit , e.g "SEE HERE" . select this whole word (doesn't matter one word or two , or 3 n so on, u just need to select it ) then click the link button and past the link of the url of the page u want people to see. Thats it . Publish ur post or share ,ur wish ..and whenever people hits the link , they will be directed from ur blog to that specific page.
Just remember sometimes when u click the link box after selcting the words , sometimes the letters "http://" appears and sometimes doesn't , if it appears just del that , cuz when ur copying url from ur blog page itwill automatically have an "http://" so when u dnt del that in the link box , u're actually using two http:// s which is wrong for an url address.
Since one of my lovely friends asked me to tell her about this , so i thought to share that in my blog too, hope this helps some more people :) thank you for reading , cyaaaaaaaa ^_^

How to thin and make mascara clump free!!!
Ever been upset to see that ur newly bought mascara is getting dried faster than you thought? or getting clumped much before it should expire or get old?
Here are a few steps on how to thin down your mascara and to liquefy it.
Boil a pan half full of water .
Next tightly close the lid of the mascara such that no water gets into it , ( u can test it , by holding the tight mascara under tap water , then opening and checking if there is any leakage ) and put this into boiling water.
Next let it remain dipped in boiling water for 2-3 minutes and not any more exceeding this time limit, exceeding this limit may totally change the chemical structure of the mascara mixture ingredients.
Carefully take it out with the thongs or long forceps or tweezers , don't burn ur hand.
now by holding the bottle with a cloth or wear gloves , open it while still warm and pour 2-4 drops with a dropper of pure virgin olive oil, with rapid movement of the wand in an in and out motion mix the mascara mixture well and keep it closed. u can use it when it cools down to room temperature.
Don't use too much of oil since this can cause ur mascara to get damaged and change in chemical composition .
Hope this helps !

Roasted Prawn Coconut Curry
ROASTED COCONUT PRAWN CURRY
So , here is my Sunday's Special Dish on the menu....Roasted Coconut Prawn Curry . AND I COOKED IT , I LOVEEEEEEE COOKING ,EATING , Apart from nail arts and writing and makeuppppp ;)
Since am done with my exams , am flirting around with the dishes am seeing on tv , and cookbooks and net and also , some of our bengali known cuisines. This dish i saw some days back on tv , but i dnt rem the exact name . BUT WHAT THE HECK IS IN A NAME ??????? LOL .... It's soo good and tasty ....i can't tell u. Ya the preparation is also simple , but has kinda some steps , but the biggest prob with coconut is the hard work of desiccating it . If thats done , then this dish is pretty simple.
But the best part this dish resembles in a lot of ways except for dry roasting the coconut , like our very own Bengali Chingrir malaikari (Prawn in coconut milk curry)
It tastes awesome with hot rice...Bring out the milk from half of the desiccated coconut by boiling it with 2 cups water in simmer, while cooking , i directly strained it thru a tea strainer into the dish , quick and simple ;) and the rest of the desiccated coconut is dry roasted and then made into a paste .
....And i love decorating dishes , i can even make little animals out of vegetable , lol,,,,will post them slowly ...guess why decorating the dish is soo important? Cuz it's also like makeup...u use lipstick and eyeshadow to makeurself more attractive, similarly i believe , the more u concentrate on the presentation, the more beautiful ur dish looks and the more u wanna eat it ....IT'S CALLED EATING WITH EYES.... FIRST U EAT WITH EYES , THEN U TAKE IN THE AROMA , THEN U TASTE WITH UR TASTE BUDS ;)
OK ENUF OF BABBLING ...lemme tell u how it is diff from Prawn Malaikari , here not just coconut milk but also a paste of masalas with garlic and dry chillies and dry roasted coconut is used. Whole pepper corns are not really used in Prawn Malaikari but here we use that too. Tomato is not used in either of these dishes be it Authentic Prawn malaikari or This one . Green chillies are optional for both the types, am nt using them.
( I used the coconut shell as a holder for the dish here , and decorated the plate with desiccated coconut on sides and the rice with a fan of ginger julienne and 2 cloves and green chillies on sides )
(And this one is without the coconut cap :D hehe )

ELLE18 CRANBERRY
Today apart from Having a splendid mouthwatering hilsa cuisine with rice :v yummm , am gonna be reviewing a cute little lipstick that i have , recently bought from Stylecraze
Its Elle18 Color pops 06 Cranberry
price 90 ( at stylecraze 90, other sites: life goodlife , urban touch , it's 100)
Has cocoa butter stick inside it , so when u roll it on it gives a very soft smooth finish , and moisturization too, a sweet smell to complement it . I know there is a little controversy regarding this range of lip colors that they don't stay long enough , the smell is kinda waxy and all , but i really like this range , the smell is also nice , package is cute , and travel friendly , will slide even in ur purse easily. And i really like the innovative moisturization technique of the Cocoa butter stick placed at the center of the lipstick.
coming to the color ... well hell yaaaaaaa i love it ....it's a pretty strange color , if anyone has it , they can understand why am calling it "strange" ..... it has a maroon tint , yet not so maroon , it has a pink tint , yet not soo pink , and above all it has a golden tint which is what makes it quite different from all other lip colors ive seen so far. It's quite cheap , wud definitely ask u to give it a try .
it's a light soft , and creamy dreamy natural color ....which i just glide on when i dnt really want a heavy lip color ....and it's super coolllllllllll.......moreover i love applying lipstick with tip of my first finger, in that way it blends well , stays longer , so i don't feel that it's wearing off or something for almost kinda 5-6 hours...or more maybe ..ya u keep smacking ur lips when u talk , eat , drink , so better always carry a lipstick in ur bag , wat say ??

Ok so this is my first ever liner review , this is
coloressence -shade maroon
price quite reasonable just 123 INR
the shade i chose is maroon , since it can go with almost all lipsticks , u need a darker shade for lining always , not the exact shade as ur lip lipstick :) i like to keep makeup things simple , well as simple as possible .
i use mostly reds , pinks , dark maroons and peaches for lipsticks .
anyways so coming back to this review , this color goes with almost all of my lipsticks , so one thing for liner and am sorted (for the time being atleast) , it's application is a little hardy , like it's quite dry type , thats what am nt really liking , but as a liner , it's well 4/5 , i am nt really liking the application , it's very dry , but color is very good :) and good part since it's hardy and dry type , it doesnt break when u press it down to line . so i can really over look the dryness ;) it just one bad point against all goods :D
it's a rolling stick , so u roll it and it comes up , no hazard of sharpening or anything , thats what i like , less the trouble , the more time to do more makeup :v HAHAHAHHAHA
will i repurchase it ? YES , but i wanna try out other brands as well ;)
qty- .25 gms

SEXYYYYYY BLUE
Hey girls , Hope all are entering the giveaway of 10k member's milestone :)
In the meantime check out what am reviewing today :)
One luscious and SEXYYYYYY BLUE COLOR by REVLON STREET WEAR , i just bought this from stylecraze and it's just awesome , it's called BLUE BELL price 50 INR
i have one word in my mind for this color = SEXYYYYY
it's smooth in application and also has a lasting effect , well revlon colors are damn good to say the least
awesome matte marble finish ,
i am a big fan of street wear range , the small street wear range am talking about ;) ,
AMONG ALL COLA'S I LOVE ONLYYYYYYYYYY THUMPSUP , the drink is hard ;) n i LOVE IT , GUESS WHAT , (dnt laugh ,since am holding a bottle of it :P ) the color is exactly the same as that of the cap color :P of thumpsup
this is seriously my latest crush , sometimes it feels good to put just matte colors and no nail arts :P ya i also like being widout nail arts sometimes lol :P other than for creating good stampings or nail arts i dnt prefer light colors on my nails , rather i like contrasting colors which are rich n deep :)
Revlons dont chip , lasts long, one application is also sometimes good enough. doesnt get driend up easily ,

Yardley of London-
Jasmine
Jasmine
Deo spray- price 160 when i bought it from stylecraze , rite now i think it's 170
anyways, coming to the spray , well i am a crazy fan of perfumes and body splashes and deos,
i love the smell of jasmine and i wanted to give it a try , ive been using spinz, oriflame and other perfumes but i wanted to give yardley a try
well particularly this one JASMINE - has a gorgeous jasmine smell , absolutely authentic , garden fresh , i can say since we have jasmine plants at home and they are blooming like crazy in the occasional showers that kolkata is facing these days of the parting monsoons .
BUT , it doesn't last too long . i have the habit of spraying on clothes as well as on body , smell lasts for about 2-3 hour at most , then fades off. at least thats wat is happening in my case .
FIRST EVER YARDLEY EXPERIENCE CRASHED AS PER IT'S EFFICIENCY.
Will i repurchase it ?
ya sort of , but i don't want to since the smell doesn't stay. Am looking for a better deo with jasmine smell which as of now i don't know of other than this .
till the time i get another better one , i'll repurchase since i love the smell of jasmine thats all. :)
BUT this is not the case with other yardley perfumes., am in total love with some of the others ;) will review others soon . :)
Lacto Tan Clear Review
Natures Essence - Lacto Tan Clear- Remedy for sun tan RemovalWith milk and honey-
What does the pack cover say?
milk protein and honey enriched special tan cream , helps to remove epidermal tan , thereby restoring the natural fairness of the skin and also preventing pigmentation due to harmful sunrays . It';s matte effect is ideal for hot climates and the cream also helps to enhance after facial glow.
Key ingredients - milk , honey, beeswax and geranium oil.
price - 125 INR
Directions- apply a layer on face or neck , where ever the tan is , and keep it for 10-15 mins and remove with soft massage with water . use everday.
Bought online-
My thoughts
i ve been hearing a lot about this particular product, on the community , so i was waiting to grab a pack of this and see wat it really does. i'm using this on face and on my hands and biceps which tend to get tanned easily (my face doesnt have any tan or anything , wanna just see how much more glow it can provide . lol , cuz am already quite fair , but i love cooking and cooking heat also creates epidermal tan , i wanted a product to keep away regular tan without side effects of rashes since my skin is oilyyyyyyy and sensitiveeeeeee )
How i am applying it-
taking about 1 layered teaspoon (with plastic spoon,or just scoop with clean hands , dont dip metal into any skin pack) and applying it with little water by massaging it and keeping on for 12-15 mins and then going in for bath and removing it thereby.
How it feels-
firstly i thought it wud be some kind of dry pack to be mixed with water and all , but it's a cream based pack , so no probs of mixing and all. Then i thought cream means , it may react , but amazingly it is not reacting with my face , though mostly using any new creams or products with honey or milk , gives me rashes generally , i am literally scared of cream packs but it's not reacting YAYIIIII. ^_^
smells realllyyyyyyyyyyy good
but all i can say is , am happy buying it , i don't regret it . If it promises soo much , if not everything but atleast it will give good glow to the skin (i believe) .
Pros : I ve been using this since 10 months now and my hands are fairer and the tan has vanished almost. Now it could also be due to the fact that i don't really go out too much these days.
What it promises , it does deliver.
Gives instant glow to the skin.
Cleanses the skin too
U dont need to mix it because it's already in cream form
The smell is nice
The price is reasonable
Cons:
Skin doesn't feel oily after washing away with water , but feels toned and as if i just used face wash . amazingly feeling, hehe , very different product. But does it actually has soap? what are it's other ingredients??????
i really wanna know , thats the worst part , it mentions only KEY ingredients but not everything. :/ , am sure some types of acids are in it , it's not purely natural , no market based pack is purely natural , wish i cud know all the other ingredients :/ but still...........feels good , will defntly rebuy it .

Acnes Review
Mentholatum - Acnes -Creamy Wash- Fights Bacteria and prevents Acne
This is a face wahs for acne prone skin.
I got the sachet from an online store
How does it feel ?-
well , when u pour it , smell s very little like dettol or some medicine type of smell, very light face wash , after u wash your face with it , it doesnt give too much of lather , and leaves skin really smooth and soft.
It has a lot of ingredients , but since i am not having any pimples right now , i can't say it's action on pimples , but since it has a lot of chemical ingredients and doesn't dry out ur skin like medicinal acne soaps , i think it's worth a try for all ppl who doesn't prefer home remedies for pimples and acnes.
As per how it feels and also doesn't have any strong aroma , a good medicinal wash i rate it 6/10
1 mark deducted since i don't have pimples right now and i can't say whether it will work on them or not , but i think it will . You may give it a try :) .

VLCC- Sweat Free Sunblock Lotion -Spf 40 PA +++
With Comfrey Plant Extract
For All Skin Types
Sun Defence
Key ingredients-Avobenzone,octocrylene,titanium dioxide, zinc oxide, octyl methoxy cinnamate, trehalose, comfrey plant extracts, enantia chlorantha extract, allantoin , vit b3
i had two sachets provided by stylecraze , didnt get time to review .
How does it feel-
It has non greasy , vanishing effect on screen , doesn't feel oily at all , isn't that much thick. very light indeed.
Has spf 40 so you can depend on it for sure.
Smells very sweet , and doesn't have any tint. It has whitish creame color, that is it isn't pure whitest white.
My experience-
Sweet smelling and has spf 40 , thats all i look for , plus it's non greasy , i'll purchase it next time definitely , very much satisfied by using the sachets, My skin's oily but this is totally non greasy , gets soaked into the skin and leaves a refreshing smell.
Best part doesn't have tint , i don't like products with tints cuz same tint doesn't suit everyone's complexion.
I have sensitive skin , still it didnt react , and i didnt have any breakouts whatsoever.
This is perfect.
4.5/5
.5 deducted on the basis that i just started using it , can't say it will keep away the tan or not , i.e how effective it's sfp 40 is .

The poison ivy look
I have been a great fan of batman movies from my childhood and one thing that stuck in my mind for a long long time was the character of poison ivy played excellently by Uma Thurman. This is a very bold , villainous and experimental look but it's all red and green and can be tried out for this summer.
Lets start with the dress, if you have a green top or a green pretty little dress, or green tights then also this look may look dashing with those clothes.
For the eyes u need a dark kohl lining on the top and bottom eye lines and a long extension of the top lining , the shadow will be totally in dark green and the contour will be in brown .
You can also use a shimmer light green or a shimmer blue eye shadow if you want to.
For the cheeks you need a reddish version of your blusher or you can team it up with your pink blusher and copper bronzer.
Now coming to the best fun part , for the lips you can experiment a daring dark red lips , or go totally out of the ordinary , a dark green. Hmm, seems quite un natural? but it'll be a good addition , a green lipstick to your wardrobe. And ofcourse if you can't find one, you can use you green eye lining pencil, or your green shadow on your lips.
Lastly for the hair, if you want keep it natural , else it's great if u have red highlights which are really in this summer or you may even use some clipping red hair extensions which you can clip to your hair for the party time and after coming home u can easily remove them.

Glossed yet not .
5 Different ways are there to add shine and shimmer to your matte look without actually using the liquid lip gloss to the whole of your lip. Doesn't it feel real sticky sometimes when you use the lipgloss on the whole of your lips and especially during the summer it may feel really bothering . Here's what you can do if u want shimmer and shine on your lips yet you don't have to fully gloss it up .
1. Use your normal lip gloss , take a little on the finger and put it on the top and bottom lip centers only.
2. Take your shimmer silver eye shadow if you have one and with the eye shadow brush use a little eye shadow on the top and bottom lip centers.(cream eye shadow)
3.The same u can do with the powder shimmer eye shadows .
4.You can use your cheek bronzer on the upper center lip-point.
5.You can use a matte lipstick on the whole of lips and lastly you can use a shimmer lipstick , some like maybelline and oriflame has shimmer lipsticks and u can use them on the top center of the lips and if needed on the bottom centers also. For this your matte base should be of darker colour than your shimmer shade.
Tip: A great alternative to lip gloss is you ordinary lip balm , which protects your lips as well as is less sticky .
